Writing Good Feedback
For Bugs:
Good: "When I archive a list in Settings,
the app crashes. Steps: 1) Open Settings,
2) Go to Lists, 3) Toggle off any list,
4) App crashes. macOS 16.1, Vigilare 1.0.2"
Bad: "App crashes sometimes"
For Features:
Good: "Would love to see tags for tasks,
similar to Reminders app. I organize tasks
by context (#work, #home, #urgent) and tags
would help filter. Use case: Show all #urgent
tasks across multiple lists."
Bad: "Add tags"
For Usability:
Good: "The iconify button (⌘E) is not
discoverable. I didn't know about minimize
mode for weeks. Suggest: Add tooltip on
hover, or include in onboarding."
Bad: "Interface confusing"
Response Time
What to Expect:

- Not instant customer support
- Email responses for actionable bugs
- Feature requests considered for roadmap
- All feedback reviewed
No Response ≠ Ignored:
